We'll make sure you get the right guests for your home, worry free.
4. We'll be the concierge.
We'll manage guest check-in, answer questions and provide information to your guests throughout.
5. We'll clean your home.
When your guests leave, we'll make sure your home is beautifully clean, with crisp sheets and beautifully fluffy towels.
6. And, we'll be the handyman.
We'll be there to help if things go wrong. If we can't fix it, we'll find someone that can.

We'll come to your home and take photos, and then list your home on AirBnB and Bookabach. We'll also collect all of the important information about your home, including the quirks and tricks, and put together an information pack for guests.

Hi! I'm Brittany, and I own and run The Innkeeper.
I started The Innkeeper after realising how many of my friends and family loved the idea of renting their Devonport home on AirBnB and Bookabach, but were overwhelmed by the onerous and time consuming responsibilities that came with it.
How we help.
The Innkeeper offers a deeply personalised, professional and customer driven service to its clients from Devonport to Takapuna. Our goal is to make renting your home on AirBnB and Bookabach completely hassle-free. Keeping you involved as little or as much as you wish, and ensuring you are happy at all times, drives everything we do. We believe that, at the end of the day, nothing beats good old fashioned customer service.
How it began.
The Innkeeper started with just one property - my parents-in-law's beautiful home on Victoria Road - and from there it has grown organically, mostly by word of mouth. We quickly realised that there was a huge demand for good quality, short term holiday homes in the Devonport area.
I've lived in Devonport since 2012, after moving with my partner from Wellington. After completing my qualifications in psychology and criminology, I worked as an Intelligence Analyst for the New Zealand Police for a number of years. My partner and I were then lucky enough to have two beautiful children, and whilst on maternity leave with our first, The Innkeeper was born! And the rest is history...
